The director of 'Quantum of Solace', Marc Forster, confesses that he is most likely not coming back to direct the 23rd James Bond film despite the studio's offer.

AceShowbiz - If there is a 23rd James Bond film in the future, director Marc Forster can possibly be counted out from it. In an interview with First Showing, the man behind "Quantum of Solace" hints that he has declined the offer to do another Bond movie saying, "They offered me the next one, but at this point the pressure is so intense - it's a year of not having a life."
Insisting that he wants to have a balance life, the 38-year-old filmmaker goes on by explaining his hesitation. "And I don't know if I want to do that again," said the helmer of Academy Award-nominated "The Kite Runner". "It's literally not having a life, and I mean that, it's not exaggerated. I feel like life is short, you have to find a balance."
The 22nd installment of Bond film, "Solace", is Forster's first attempt to direct a movie about the iconic agent 007. For it, he teams up with producers, Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, and actors, including Daniel Craig, Olga Kurylenko, Mathieu Amalric, Gemma Arterton and Judi Dench, for the Columbia Pictures movie.
Set to be hitting the U.S. theaters on November 14, "Solace" resolves around the new adventures of Bond in a manipulative and dangerous mission of uncovering the truth behind the organization which blackmailed his former lover, Vesper Lynd. Fighting the urge to avenge his broken heart, he plunges into the mission that brings him almost around the globe and finds out that the organization is more complex and dangerous than he imagines.
