AceShowbiz - The American actor and film director, Jason Priestley, has confirmed his 'comeback' to "90210". Here, he will serve not as his Brandon Walsh's role but as the director of the spin-off post-Christmas episode.
"I'm coming back as a director thus far," He says, "They hired me to direct an episode in January, right after the Christmas break. I'm really looking forward to it. This is nothing new. I directed more episodes (of 'Beverly Hills, 90210') than anybody else." Priestley will take charge as the director of the spin-off series in January.
The actor whose name was popular by the original series, reveals the details of his return stating, "I'm really looking forward to it. It's going to be a lot of fun to go over there and work with all those guys," to Ryan Seacrest on his Los Angeles radio show.
In the occasion, Priestley also states his expectation of other "90210" cast returning to the spin-off with the saying, "I just hope Jennie's in the episode or Shannen's there. Rob Estes and I have been friends for a long time. It'll be fun."
"90210" is The CW spin-off series of "Beverly Hills, 90210". The show premiered in the USA on September 2. It also aired on Global in Canada the same day.
