Bruce Springsteen and Billy Joel Hold Concert for Obama

For the first time ever the prominent musicians will get on the stage together in a concert to aid Barack Obama's presidential campaign.

To benefit the Presidential campaign of nominee Barack Obama, two lauded musicians will join forces in a single concert. aka The Boss and aka the Piano Man will hop on one stage for the first time ever next month in the bid to raise money for the Democratic candidate.

The concert is scheduled to take place on October 16 at Hammerstein Ballroom. A day before that Obama will conclude his debate with senator John McCain at Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y. Obama reportedly will also attend the show but will pay less for the tickets.

Those willing to attend the concert must rake in at least $500 for the tickets. The premiere seat costs $2,500 while the exclusive lounge seat is priced at $10,000. No clue yet whether the highest priced ticket will include a meeting with Obama or whether there would be additional performers for the considerably expensive concert.

Springsteen who has been confirmed to play at Super Bowl halftime show on February 1 in Tampa, Florida, is also set individually to support Obama in a concert held this Saturday, October 4 in Philadelphia.
