John and Derek infiltrate a military academy in order to protect an integral member of the future resistance. Meanwhile, Weaver's first assignment for Ellison takes an interesting turn of events when he discovers a specter from his own past.
The series recently showed a worrying ratings decline with the second episode broadcast. While the season premiere on September 8 gave a significant number at 6.3 million, the next two went down to 5.5 and 5.9 million respectively. Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello hinted, "An SCC insider tells me that if the show's numbers don't start to climb, Fox is unlikely to order any additional episodes beyond the 13 currently in the pipeline."
In anticipation however, a fresh blood will be brought in. Stephanie Jacobsen who previously played Kendra Shaw on "BSG: Razor" is joining as a love interest for Derek.
