Reportedly leaving Family Tree Entertainment, Big Boi is acquired by T.I.'s manager to join Grand Hustle Family.

AceShowbiz - Big Boi of OutKast reportedly decides to end his contract with Family Tree Entertainment. If the rumor were true, Big Boi will no longer be controlled by his longtime manager, Blue Williams who is also the CEO and founder of the Family Tree Group.

The gossip swirls even deeper with a claim that T.I.'s current manager, Jason Geter, has approached Big Boi and asked him to join Grand Hustle family. Unfortunately, there hasn't any words from Big Boi referring to both issues.

Outside the split rumor that starts to flow in the media, Big Boi is scheduled to release his solo debut album, "Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty", on October 28. Planned to come out with 16 tracks, the upcoming effort will carry "Something's Gotta Give" where he teams up with Mary J. Blige, and "Royal Flush", which features Andre Benjamin aka Andre 3000 and Raekwon.

While fans wait for Big Boi's album, his band mate, Andre, has also confirmed that he has been working on new materials for his solo debut album. Yet, he hasn't spoken out about its title and release date. "It should be dropping by the end of this year or early next year. I've pretty much been working by myself," he give hints as saying.
