Rise Against will take their brand new single 'Re-Education (Through Labor)' to the streets with motocross racers.

AceShowbiz - Punk rock band Rise Against are now in the middle of filming a music video in support of their first single called "Re-Education (Through Labor)". The song, which supposedly speaks of the human rights and labor violations occurring in modern day China, will appear in the band's upcoming fifth studio album, "Appeal to Reason", which is due for release on October 7.
The music video is confirmed to be directed by Kevin Kerslake, the same guy who helped Papa Roach making their "To Be Loved" music video. The preview of the video shows that the band's video will feature some dangerous stunts from several motocross racers.
Furthermore, the band reveal that in the creative process of making their next installment, they don't make any specific plan and let the ideas flow naturally. "There's no plan, we don't map it out, we don't decide on a direction. We just kind of let it happen real naturally. That's how it happened," Tim McIlrath, the band's vocalist says.
"It's still about reaching people, putting what we're giving into these people," Tim adds in a statement. "Making them think and challenge the ways of thought, creating conversation and dialogue and putting new ideas forth for people to consider."
Also, the vocalist says that the band continually listen and incorporate new elements to its trademark sound. The lyrical content of the songs on "Appeal to Reason" has also greatly widened their repertoire's spectrum. "The chorus, it's definitely taking and looking at where we get our information from and who's telling us the information and who's right and who's wrong and how everything we do has some kind of spin on it and who can you trust," Tim states.
