House hires private investigator to watch on his team and Wilson while dealing with organs transplantation gone wrong.

The September 23 episode of "House M.D." has been given a preview. "Not Cancer" will be the second episode of the series which has just entered its fifth season with an episode called "Dying Changes Everything" where Dr. Wilson announces his departure from the Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital.
In "Not Cancer", House will hire a private investigator to spy on his team's move as well as Wilson's. The leading medical case this time is when a donor's organs cause several deaths of their recipients. In the last attempts to save the remaining organs receivers, House has to work with the team against time.
The fifth season of "House M.D." picks up eight weeks after Amber's death that sends some of the cast, especially Wilson, in grave mood. House tries to mend his strained friendship with Wilson, only to discover that Wilson needs a time off to grieve over the death.
"Not Cancer" will be aired on Fox at 8:00 P.M.
