They were also joined by executive producer, Mark Wahlberg and writer Doug Ellin.

Apart from the major cast, several actors who have recurring roles in the series, such as Constance Zimmer, Carla Gugino, Jordan Belfi and Leighton Meester, had also attended the premiere. Other celebrity guests coming out for the special occasion were Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Bow Wow, Monica Seles, Aida Turturro, Vincent Lecavalier, Lee Tergesen, Martin Brodeur, New York Rangers' goaltender Henrik Lundqvist and designer Monique Lhuillier.

On other "Entourage" news, E! Online has reported that the eight-time gold medalist at 2008 Beijing Olympics, Michael Phelps has shot an impromptu cameo appearance with the series' cast in New York City sometime this week. Still, it is unclear on which episode his cameo will be aired.

Speaking on the filming experience with American golden boy, Connolly said, "It was like being in New York City with one of The Beatles. People were stopping in the streets and climbing up things to see him. They were going nuts. He's like a superstar."
