Following her recent admiration statement for Chris Martin, Miley Cyrus has reportedly been lined up to perform with Coldplay on their current world tour.

AceShowbiz - World teen idol Miley Cyrus is reported to join Coldplay on some shows during their current world tour. The teen singer has recently revealed her huge admiration for the British band frontman Chris Martin. The Daily Express quoted her, as saying, "My ideal man is a 16-year-old Chris Martin. But my mom says I have terrible taste!"

As Miley's statement goes spreading to the media, Chris reveals that the admiration is mutual and they actually admire each other. "I like Miley. She seems to have a sweet character, anyone we like or respect, no matter how different they may be, we would play with," Chris says in a statement.

Coldplay have scheduled to start their world tour next month, on September 1 at Zenith which is located in Strasbourg France. Then, this tour will end in Dublin on December 21. The band have also added four more shows in the U.S. A complete schedule of Coldplay's world tour can be found on their MySpace page

Other news has said that in mid-November Miley will join Jonas Brothers in a live performance for "Concert for Hope" which will take place in Universal City's Gibson Amphitheater. The concert is aimed at helping fund-raising effort for a cancer research.

Miley and Disney have been long time supporters of cancer research. Last year, they donated $1 from every ticket sold on Best of Both Worlds tour to help the project. Their donation then raised more than $1 million for the City of Hope project.
