Brangelina have asked Bono to be their twins' godfather but the actor has not yet said yes to Jolie's option of the infants' godmother who's her ex-lesbian lover Jenny Shimizu.

AceShowbiz - All attention is to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and their clan. Rumor has it that the celebrity power couple have asked their friend Bono to be the godfather for their newborn twins; Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline.
Jolie and Pitt, alongside their children, reportedly have been spending a week with the rock star at his home in a leafy village in the South of France. In return for his kind gesture and impressed by his humanitarian work, they then asked the U2 frontman to take on the role which he accepted immediately.
"Brad and Angie think the world of Bono. They have been friends for years. Brad is a massive U2 fan and told Bono how much he admired him when they were introduced at a party a few years back," a source tells British newspaper the Sunday Mirror. "Since then, they've become very close, which Brad is thrilled about. Angelina is inspired by Bono's humanitarian work and gets on with his wife Ali Hewson. Ali's given Angelina some clothes from her ethical clothing range Edun."
As for the twins' godmother Jolie reportedly will ask her ex-lesbian lover, model Jenny Shimizu, to willingly take over the role. Pitt hasn't agreed on the idea just yet.
No words on when Pitt and Jolie will hold christening for their twins.
