The singer has just announced a disappointing news to her fans in Europe as she decided to cancel her tour in the continent.

AceShowbiz - Another bad news arrives for Janet Jackson's fans, especially her European based devotees, as the pop singer has decided to cancel all of her scheduled tour dates there. Janet stated the bad news in an interview with SOHH.com stating that the feud with her label was behind the reason of the cancellation.

Speaking to SOHH, Janet said, "It was definitely in my heart to go to Europe and to support this album... it's about teamwork, it's not something I can totally do on my own." She also added, "Unfortunately, things have turned out the way that they have with the differences between the label and myself."

Meanwhile, a representative from Janet's label, Island Def Jam Records, denied that their disagreement with Janet got something to do with the singer's decision to scrap her tour. A spokesperson from the company said that Def Jam "has nothing to do with Janet's tour."

Fortunately, the cancellation is only for Janet's European leg, while her North America tour reportedly will go as scheduled. Her North American leg is being set to kick off in Vancouver, Canada on September 10.

Previously, Janet has shouted out a statement to the media saying that her label and her are having a disagreement regarding her new LP's promotion and hinted that there might not be any new singles dropped from "Discipline". "I'm trying to figure out a way to say this, but just to say it and to be quite honest, they just stopped all promotion whatsoever on the album, so I don't think you're going to hear another single off this album, " Janet said. Meanwhile, answering to Janet's statement, her label's representative said, "Unfortunately we haven't experienced the results we would have liked with this new album. But we respect and support Janet."
