AceShowbiz - Raunchy pop-group The Pussycat Dolls seem keen to hook up with troubled singers. After tapping Britney Spears on their upcoming video, the group plan to team up with Amy Winehouse. This news was confirmed by the Dolls' Nicole Scherzinger who told the press, "We would love to hook up with Amy."
Despite all the troubles that Amy has been facing lately, Nicole still believes that the Dolls and the troubled singer's collaboration could become a hit. "I am not sure what Amy thinks of us but I think we can make something sexy that will sell," Nicole said.
The Dolls themselves are preparing to release their new record "To Those Who Wait", which is planned to drop on August 5. The group have already spawned the first single from the set "When I Grow Up" via iTunes on May 27.
The Dolls have also shot the music video for "When I Grow Up" and tapped Britney to appear as cameo on it. The upcoming clip which is directed by Joseph Kahn will be officially premiered on June 13 at the new MTV program "F'N MTV".
