Sarcastic 'Beavis and Butt-head' Going Big Screen Again

Speculation claiming that the famous sarcastic head-bangers, Beavis and Butt-head, are going to the big screen has been sparked by its creator, Mike Judge with his recent comment to MTV.

Who can forget the '90s MTV's cartoon series about the sarcastic and heavy metal loving duo "Beavis and Butt-head"? When the series ended, it left its fans yearning for more. However, fans of the series can now put their hopes high in seeing a live action version of their favorite characters after the series' creator Mike Judge opens possibility of it being brought to the big screen.

Talking to MTV in order to promote "The Animation Show", Judge hinted that he has been thinking of making the live action movie out of the animated series. "I used to hate the idea for years, and now I think maybe there's something there," admitted the "" filmmaker. "I feel like it's something I can come back to and do." Further, he added, "I've even thought about doing a live-action 'Beavis & Butt-Head' possibly."

Concerning the future possible cast ensemble, the 45-year-old confessed that he has and in mind for the two main characters. "I guess Seann William Scott's kinda got Butt-Head eyes," so claimed Judge. "A long time ago, Johnny Depp had said to me that he really wanted to play Beavis. ... He was doing that ['Don Juan DeMarco'] movie with Marlon Brando, and he said Marlon Brando used to imitate Butt-Head, and he would do Beavis."

The "Beavis and Butt-head" series had been aired in MTV from March 8, 1993 to November 28, 1997. The show follows the two titular characters, who are high school teenagers living in Highland, as they spend time making fun of music videos and bragging their imaginary efforts at trying to "score with chicks". In 1996, the series was made into an animated feature film entitled "Beavis and Butt-Head Do America".
