'Wall-E' New Featurette Gives Behind the Scene Look
Movie

For those who still wonder what 'Wall-E' is all about, the new featurette of the lonely robot movie helps to get a grasp about it as it made its way online.

AceShowbiz - Following a series of "Wall-E" viral videos released on the net, a new featurette centering on the story behind the Walt Disney Pictures' animation movie has come out online. The over a minute long video footage entitled "A Hero's Journey" brings a behind the scene look into the lonely robot film.

Though containing many footages that have been previewed previously, the new featurette is enriched with commentary from director/scribbler Andrew Stanton giving out the background story to the animation comedy tidbit. In the video, Stanton describes Wall-E's character as well as what happens to him.

Bringing up the question "What if mankind had to leave Earth, and somebody forgot to turn the last robot off?" as the film's basic foundation, "Wall-E" presents a brand new Pixar animation movie focusing on a sole garbage-compacting robot on planet Earth with the name of Wall-E. Left alone in the deserted Earth and accompanied only with cockroach, E finds a solace in collecting knick-knacks. But, his world turns upside down when he meets a sleek white droid and soon he goes on a journey he never dares to dream of. The dialogue-free movie is coming on June 27.
