The artists line up for three out of six main stages at the 2008 Glastonbury Festival has been announced and Panic! At the Disco will be one of the performers on the event.

AceShowbiz - The full line up for three stages of the 2008 Glastonbury Festival to be held on June 27-29 has been revealed by NME.com on their website. Among the artists to perform at the event is Panic!At the Disco, who is scheduled to play on the first day of the festival on June 27.

Joining Panic! to perform on the show are some top names, such as Massive Attack, Jay-Z, James Blunt, Vampire Weekend, John Mayer and many more. The artists performing at Glastonbury will also be divided in six different stages, Jazz World Stage, Accoustic Tent, Dance Village, Pyramid Stage, Other Stage, and John Peel Stage.

As for Panic!, they will be placed on the Other Stage along with Vampire Weekend on June 27. Meanwhile, Jay-Z and James Blunt will hit the Pyramid Stage on June 28. Jamie T will perform at the John Peel Stage on the first day, while Vampire will also performs at the stage on the second day.

The performers for three other stages, Accoustic Tent, Dance Village and the Jazz World Stage haven't been officially confirmed. But it was rumored that Sinead O'Connor will be headlining the Accoustic Tent, while the Dance Village is set to feature Fat Boy Slim, and for the Jazz World Stage the likes of Jimmy Cliff and Buddy Guy reportedly will be among the performers.

About the festival, the Glastonbury festival is an annual festival and being hailed as the biggest greenfield music and performing arts festival in the world. The event is annually held at Worthy Farm six miles from Glanstonbury town in South West England.
