Disney to Develop Comedy 'Family Dude'

Latest reports claimed that Walt Disney Pictures have obtained a comedy film entitled 'Family Dude' and plan to bring it to the big screen.

The mouse house is on the move to develop another feature film. According to Variety, Walt Disney Pictures have acquired the screening rights of a comedy project entitled "Family Dude".

Further, it is said that the film company will be teaming up with Walt Becker Prods. as "" helmer Walt Becker is set to produce the movie. Disney have also signed two scribblers to develop the film's script. The two writers, Steven Gary Banks and Claudia Graziosi, are known for their work in 's comedy "".

"Dude" centers on an uptight but successful finance executive. To settle a major deal, he persuades his neighbor who is a single mother of three to join him in a Montana ranch and pretend to be his family. The film is set for 2010 release.
