Kate Hudson is teaming up with L.A. celeb hairstylist David Babaii to create "David Babaii for WildAid," a hair-care line that donates 10 percent of proceeds to the animal-protection organization.

AceShowbiz - It appears that Kate Hudson is attempting another career reinvention besides acting. The movie beauty is teaming up with L.A. celeb hairstylist David Babaii to create "David Babaii for WildAid," a hair-care line that donates 10 percent of proceeds to the animal-protection organization.

Becoming the product's first celebrity endorser, Hudson shot the ads for it in South Africa last year with Peter Lindbergh and real animals. Ten percent of the line's proceeds, according to WWD, will be donated to WildAid, the animal protection organization, which shares ownership of the brand with Babaii, Hudson, advertising executive Eric Steinhauser and FHI Heat investor Eco Beauty Ventures.

Meanwhile, rumor on Hudson rekindling her romance with former boyfriend Owen Wilson continues to escalate. They are said to have been spending time together in California last month.

Soon after that Hudson flew to Florida for the Miami International Film Festival while Owen headed there to work on his new film "Marley & Me." The couple are said to have met up secretly during their time there before Hudson left at the end of the festival.

Though so, the New York Post reported that Hudson returned to the south again for more quality time with Owen. They, as said by onlookers, ate off each other's plates at Casa Tua on Monday night, March 17.

"They were dining with another couple, and she was in a bathing suit and cover-up even though it was 10 pm," the onlookers said, adding that both stars then met up again at Michaels Genuine for another cozy dinner during which "they were making eyes at each other across the table all night."

Still, there are no words yet from either Hudson or Owen.
