AceShowbiz - Madonna who was officially inducted to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame yesterday night (March 10), gave out moving speech and paid tribute to the people behind her music career. She was introduced by Justin Timberlake who jokingly thanked the diva for the shot of B-12 by closing the intro with "That's what she will continue to be for all of us: the shot in the ass, when we really need it."

Responding to the intro, Madonna took the stage and gave Justin a shout out, "I'll get you f**ker." She went on thanking people behind her music career, starting from Michael Rosenblatt who signed her to Sire Records in the early 1980s to her recent collaborators. "What's a record without the music. That's right mother f**kers. What's a record without Timbaland, Stuart Price... Pharrell Williams and Justin Timberlake," said the 49-year-old.

Madonna also addressed how music is a big part of her life. She said, "I have gone on to do so many things in my life, from writing children's books, to designing clothes, to directing a film. But for me it always does, and it always will, come back to the music, so thank you."

Iggy Pop went up on stage after the speech to pay tribute to her, singing a rendition of her hits like "Burning Up" and "Ray of Light".

The induction ceremony that took place at New York's Waldorf-Astoria Hotel also saw the induction of songwriter Leonard Cohen, rocker John Mellencamp, British pop band The Dave Clark Five and instrumental group The Ventures.
