Michelle Rodriguez Back for 'Fast and Furious 4'

The depicter of Letty has been confirmed by Paul Walker to be back reprising her particular role in the fourth installment of the car racing franchise.

AceShowbiz - The tough teenage girl in "Girlfight" Michelle Rodriguez will be reprising her role of Letty in the fourth installment of the "The Fast and the Furious" franchise, "Untitled Fast and the Furious Sequel". Hollyscoop.com reported that the 29-year-old actress' co-star Paul Walker has outed her return to the film.

Walker told the entertainment site about the return of Rodrigues at the premiere of "Never Back Down" in Los Angeles on March 4 when he was asked whether he will be back for the fourth film. Apart from confirming his and Rodriguez's return, the 34-year-old actor also revealed that Vin Diesel and Jordana Brewster will also reprise their characters. On the occasion, he also confessed that he is persuading Tyrese Gibson to join the cast once more. The video of the interview can be seen below.

Earlier, it was reported that the former Miss Israel Gal Gadot is in talks with Diesel to join the rest of the film's cast. However, her involvement in the project has yet to be confirmed. In the meantime, "Fast and Furious 4" has been set to be directed by Justin Lin, the helmer of "The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift" and "Annapolis". It is slated for June 5, 2009 release.

Rodriguez was known for the tough characters she portrayed in many of the feature film she appeared, including in "Blue Crush", "S.W.A.T." and "Resident Evil". She has also made a guest appearance in famous television series "Lost". Her other latest project will be James Cameron's "Avatar", which will bow in theaters on December 18, 2009, starring also Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana.
