The rapper has been particularly quite productive that new materials keep piling, competing to be in the album.

AceShowbiz - Once again Lil Wayne has put on a new release date for his new effort, "Tha Carter III" which was originally intended for January. The much-delayed album is now arriving in April and Wayne has some explanation for the delays.

"I make it worse for Universal (Records)," Wayne spoke to MTV on his tour bus. "I keep doing new songs every other day. I don't stop working, so I don't know when they gonna get that. Everything I do be better than the last, like, 'Oh, this gotta make the album!' "

The new set will feature appearances from a number of renown artists such as Jay-Z, Hurricane Chris, Juelz Santana, Corey Gunz, Fabolous, Lil Mama, Busta Rhymes, Ludacris, Baby, Brisco and Dre from Cool & Dre. Meanwhile, on the production list are Kanye West, Swizz Beatz, Jim Johnson, The Alchemist and Cool & Dre, among others.

The first single is slated to be "A Millie" while the second single is expected to be "Lollipop" which was written by Static.
