Paris Hilton's younger brother, Barron Hilton, was arrested Tuesday morning, February 12 for an alleged DUI.

AceShowbiz - Another Hilton clan has landed in the gray-bar hotel. Paris Hilton's younger brother, Barron Nicholas Hilton, was arrested Tuesday morning, February 12 for allegedly driving under the influence.

The 18-years old Hilton was arrested at 8:04 A.M. after failing a field sobriety test and hit with the charges of driving under the influence and carrying a fake driver's license.

Per the information given by L. A. County sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore, Barron was not pulled over by sheriff's deputies. The black Mercedes he was driving was actually followed by another driver, who believed something was wrong upon seeing the SUV weaving on Pacific Coast Highway, at times drifting into the oncoming traffic lane. When Barron stopped, the other driver made him sit on a nearby bus bench while authorities arrived at the scene.

Was booked at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Malibu station, Barron was given a breath test that registered a blood alcohol level of 0.14. The California legal limit for a person over 21 is .08 percent, but for a person under 21, any blood-alcohol level is considered legally drunk.

No drugs or drug paraphernalia were found in the car, but Barron was carrying a fake driver's license. While the DUI charge is a misdemeanor, carrying a fake license is considered as a felony.

Barron was with a female companion, who was later identified as an on-and-off girlfriend he's been seeing for the past two years, when the arrest took place. The unidentified woman reportedly drove the Mercedes prior to Barron and was possibly involved in a collision before his arrest.

Barron was booked at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Malibu station and remained jailed by Tuesday afternoon on $20,000 bail. Sister Paris, according to TMZ, rejected Barron's request to bail him out, telling him "You're going to learn your lesson."

Rick Hilton, meanwhile, commented "I haven't been contacted yet by either my son or the police. If what I have heard is true, it is very disturbing and I will have a lot to say - but it will be to my son, not the media."

A new report surfaces by the hour that Barron finally walked out of jail at around 5:50 PM PT. He, as reported by TMZ, was seen covering his head with a jacket and got into the back of a silver car, which was escorted out by a Sheriff's vehicle.
