Britney Spears has filed a restraining order against her paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, it has been reported.

AceShowbiz - Has already had a lot of cool stuff going on as of late, Britney Spears' antics continue to escalate. The troubled singer was reported to have filed a restraining order against her paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib.

Celebrity photo agency X17 claimed Spears invited two of their photographers into her Beverly Hills home at 2 A.M. Saturday, January 19 "for a little conversation." The two parties chatted for a while before the photogs escorted Brit and her BFF Sam Lutfi in the car, so the star could drive around and listen to music.

She then got back to her house and invited Roberto and Leandro from X17online to go inside, telling them "Come with me, let's have fun." "She opened a bottle of champagne for them and went outside on the patio to smoke cigarettes," X17 wrote, adding that Spears "nursed a 1/2 glass of champagne the entire evening and never drank more."

Roberto revealed further "We had fun. Britney was funny, very relaxed, dancing a little bit, and she carried her little dog all the time." It was during that encounter that Sam Lufti surprisingly took a paper out of his pocket, which was a restraining order against Adnan.

Spears, as reported by X17, "expressed disappointment and anger toward Adnan for being 'set-up' in photographs that Adnan and his agency, Finalpixx, have sold of Britney and Adnan together."

Adnan himself was not aware and surprised to learn about the restraining order report. Set the record straight on that matter, he posted a message on the Website of his employer, FinalPixx, saying "All I can say is that I have not been in contact with Britney since early Friday morning".

"The reason being, that I have has to attend a family funeral in Santa Barbara. My phone has been off during this time out of respect for my family. I am only now becoming aware of what is being said. I hope to be back home in Los Angeles soon and to be in contact with Miss Spears," he added.

A source at the LAPD, nevertheless, said that no restraining order has been officially filed, but that doesn't mean Spears hasn't started the paperwork.
