Kiefer Sutherland has done his time and will be released from the Glendale City Jail next Monday, January 21.

AceShowbiz - Kiefer Sutherland will be a free man again by next Monday, January 21 when he's set to be released from jail after completing his 48 days behind bars for violating his probation and second DUI conviction.

The actor reportedly will be released from Los Angeles' Glendale City Jail on Monday morning and "be let out the front door just like everyone else," Officer John Balian said, adding that "I have no idea who'll be picking him up."

Sutherland was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence September 25 in Hollywood after failing a field sobriety test with an alcohol-level three times above the legal limit. Taking into account that he was also on probation for another drink driving violation in 2004, Los Angeles prosecutor asked the court that he be sentenced to 18 days in jail in addition to 30 days for the latest charge.
