We've got the case coming up, and I'm not supposed to say anything about what happened. I was pulled over."

On her being cited for not having a valid license at the time she was pulled over, Mischa said "I didn't have a license. I grew up in New York, the land of people who don't have to drive. It's always been the toughest thing about living in L.A. for me. I usually try not to get behind the wheel."

Authorities claimed to have seen her car straddling two lanes of traffic and failing to signal for a turn. Was then being arrested for investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, as well as possessing a controlled substance and marijuana, she was released on $10,000 bail.
