Rumors are mounting that Britney Spears is planning to marry her best pal and manager Sam Lutfi and will not consider a pre-nuptial.

AceShowbiz - Another Britney Spears' drama continues to escalate. Was a no show at the court appointed deposition last Wednesday, December 12 called in sick at the last minute but was spotted driving around until 2 o'clock in the morning, the singer is now said to be considering another Vegas wedding and the lucky groom is her best pal Sam Lutfi.
Star Magazine runs a story under the headline "Britney ELOPES", reporting that the mother of two already told her lawyers and former husband Kevin Federline that she intends to marry bad boy Lutfi and will not consider a pre-nuptial.
"Brit has fallen under sinister Sam Lutfi's spell - and friends fear her creepy new guy has hustled her into a quickie Vegas wedding to get at her $100M fortune!" Star Magazine wrote, adding that her lawyers "begged her to at least get a prenup, but she didn't seem to be listening."
K-Fed's none too happy either as he, according to a family spy, "has seen Sam loses his temper" and thus "has forbidden Britney from having Sam around the boys. In fact, Kevin has threatened to get a restraining order. She'll lose custody if she allows Sam around them, Kevin will make sure of it."
While talk is heating up on that matter, rumor has it that Britney and Lutfi are not likely to marry because, as some Hollywood gossip sites claimed, he's gay.
HollyScoop.com reports that an unidentified source claims Lutfi came out of the closet in 1997 to his friends at bar on the UCLA campus. GaySocialites.com, elsewhere, claims "high profile gays in L.A. "confirm" Lutfi's sexual orientation as decidedly queer and say Lutfi was so "embarrassed to be gay that he laid low for a long time until recently resurfacing as Britney Spears' right hand man and manager."
