Lindsay Lohan has completed her one day in jail by Thursday November 15th.

AceShowbiz - It's done. Lindsay Lohan has completed her rehab stint.

Turned herself in to the Los Angeles County women's detention center in Lynwood at 10:30 a.m. Thursday November 15th, the former rehab patient spent for just 84 minutes in behind the bars, making her time two minutes longer than socialite Nicole Richie back in August.

Lindsay, who according to sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore "was cooperative," was searched, fingerprinted and placed in a holding cell in the inmate reception area. The actress-singer was later on released at 11:54 a.m. as her original daylong sentence was reduced because she met criteria that took into account overcrowding at the lockup and the fact that her crime was nonviolent.

Explaining on the claim that Lindsay received special treatment with her early release, Whitmore said "Absolutely not. This is what we do for most everybody in this position" adding that there are 30 to 50 women granted early releases from the facility every day.

Lindsay was sentenced in August to four days in jail for her second DUI conviction. She, however, reached a plea deal with prosecutors agreed she could serve 10 days of community service in lieu of two days behind bars. She was also given credit for one day served from her July arrest, leaving only 24 hours she had to serve.

As part of the plea deal, Lindsay was also ordered to attend 18 months of an alcohol education program during her three-year probation.

On Monday November 12th, Lindsay began performing her first of 10 days of community service, volunteering for the American Red Cross in Pomona, Calif.
