Shaquille O'Neal's estranged wife Shaunie Nelson filed legal papers, seeking to get details on his finance.

AceShowbiz - With their divorce saga is still in the ongoing stage, Shaunie Nelson makes a one-step-forward move. The wife of famous NBA player Shaquille O'Neal has filed papers in Miami-Dade County, Fla. seeking to get details on the basketball star's finance.

In the list of her request for production to Shaq, Shaunie among others required federal and state income tax returns for Shaq from the year 2004 to 2006; a copy of his current player contract with the Miami Heat, reportedly worth $100 million, including all predecessor contracts with the team; and list of the property he currently owned whether held in the name of Shaq personally and or any other person(s).

Shaq married Shaunie on December 26, 2002. They have four children together with each of them carrying one child from their previous relationship.

On September 4th Shaq filed for divorce from Shaunie in a Miami-Dade Circuit court, saying in a petition "The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken." Claimed to have had a prenuptial agreement, Shaq on the other hand accused Shaunie to have been "secretive about her assets ... particularly with respect to certain properties owned or titled in either [her] name alone or in other entities" and thus requested that the court required Shaunie to give a "correct accounting of all money, funds, stocks, bonds, and other securities (including bearer securities)."

Judging from what is going on between them, it appears that the divorce will be the one long, bitter and tough, just like the one of Paul McCartney and Heather Mills.
