Sick of the leaks of his songs, Lil Wayne will compile all materials that have found their way online in 'Tha Carter III: The Leak' while releasing the official one next year.

AceShowbiz - To anticipate the leaks that have been going on in the past few months, Lil Wayne will release two versions of his upcoming album 'Tha Carter III'.

The first version, also called 'Tha Carter III: The Leak', will come on December 18 with tracks that have been out and about throughout this year. The second version which is the official one, will come only on February 12, 2008.

On the reason of this split, Wayne said, "One thing I noticed, when another person's album gets leaked, it's a whole thing; they're distraught. When my song gets leaked, people call and say, 'It's the greatest song. Can I have it for this album?' Or, 'Can I put it on this soundtrack? Can we get the ringtone?' It's never, 'Damn, dude, your music leaked.' So what we feel, we're gonna give you what you want. We're gonna give you the leak."

Apart from the leaked songs like 'Prostitute Flange' and 'I Feel Like Dying', The Leak will also have four new songs including 'Gossip' that will be the first single from the album. Weezy revealed that he will shoot the video for the single next week.

Meanwhile, the content of the official one is kept tight by the rapper. The only known information about the album is that it will have collaborations from Timbaland, Kanye West, and Justin Timberlake.
