A man from Kentucky claimed he copyrighted a song titled 'Slow Death' that is way too similiar to Kid Rock's 'So Hot'.

AceShowbiz - Kid Rock has just got one more exposure on his #1 album 'Rock N Roll Jesus', the infamous one. The rapper is now sued by a man from Kentucky for using his material on the album's first single 'So Hot'.
According to TMZ, Maurice Foreman is seeking the help from Steppin' Out's Chaunce Hayden to search for a representative for him. Whether it will be a case or not, Foreman claimed Rock's song is way similar to his 'Slow Death' song that was claimed copyrighted.
'Slow Death' which Foreman wrote back in 1997 is said to have the same hook and guitar riffs from 'So Hot'. Rock also sings "so hot" three times, the same number Foreman sings his "slow death".
Rock previously said that 'So Hot' is inspired by AC/DC musicians whom he described as "pure evil rocker". The song is his best best charting rock song as in October 2007, peaking at #2 on Mainstream Rock Chart and #3 on Modern Rock chart.
