Britney Spears has regained temporary visitation rights of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

The mother of two is reported to have regained temporary visitation rights of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James after lost it just last week due to the fact that she's not complying with court orders for drug testing in her custody battle with her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Report on Britney has regained her visitation rights was first made public by People who obtained the photo of the singer driving around Studio City, Calif. in her white Mercedes convertible with the boys on Saturday October 20th.

According to People Britney was snapped driving her car with "a presumed court-appointed monitor" seated besides her while the boys were on the back seat. Being asked on that matter, lawyer Anne C. Kiley told CNN in a telephone interview "Yes, she's got visitation with the kids. She had this weekend, from Saturday morning 'til Sunday at some point."

Kiley, furthermore, confirmed that a court-appointed monitor is accompanying the family during the visitations, which are allowed "several days a week," adding that the schedule will remain in place until the next custody hearing on October 26th.

Britney had her temporary visitation rights with sons suspended Thursday morning October 18th, accused to have failed to provide contact info to the people who were supposed to conduct the random drug tests.
