George Clooney Not Fined in Motorcycle Accident, Attended Film Premiere

The Weehawken (New Jersey) Township Police Department has confirmed "no moving violation summonses have been issued" to Clooney nor the other man involved in the motorcycle accident.

AceShowbiz - George Clooney is staying clean. The movie hunk, as confirmed by the authorities, is facing no charges in the motorcycle accident happened to him last week.

The Weehawken (New Jersey) Township Police Department told E! News Monday September 24th that "Due to conflicting statements of drivers and the lack of evidence to support either driver's version, no moving violation summonses have been issued to either party at this time. The incident remains under investigation."

Nevertheless, the other driver, identified as Albert Sciancalepore, was fined for not having his registration with him at the time the accident happened, Weehawken Public Safety Director Jeff Welz, confirmed.

Elsewhere, Clooney and girlfriend Sarah Larson were snapped Monday night September 24th attending the New York premiere of the actor's movie "Michael Clayton," during which he told People, "I'm a little dinged up, lots of Neosporin. I'm definitely not jogging or doing jumping jacks."

Larson, who suffered from a broken toe, was seen hobbled on crutches and hid a black eye behind makeup. "We are hiding it with makeup," Clooney explained. "It looks like I socked her a couple times."

In related news, Clooney is said to have emailed Access Hollywood's Nancy O'Dell, telling her "All is fine" adding that "Not like giving birth," referring to O'Dell recently having her first child.
