Sophie Ellis Bextor revealed in an interview that she's working on a new single that will make her greatest hits compilation.

has confirmed that she will release a greatest hits compilation later this year. In an interview posted on her official site, Bextor said that a brand new single will come out in November and the compilation will come out after that.

"It feels like a really good thing to do," Bextor said. "I've been doing this for ten years now, so it feels like I can do the greatest hits and then start the next chapter."

With the announcement came a statement that there won't be anymore singles pulled from her third LP ''. She also said that 's producer Calvin Harris will join her in the project to create a "magic song".

Rumor has it that the greatest hits will contain her rise-to-fame single 'Groovejet (If This Ain't Love)', some songs while she was the lead singer in theaudience, up to the singles from her latest album.
