Major cast members and crew were present for the occasion after the movie's world premiere at the 2007 Venice Film Festival.

AceShowbiz - Apart from Venice, Italy which is currently holding the 64th edition of its Venice Film Festival, loud cheers and hysteria also were found in Deauville commune in France when cast and crew of "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford" came together to the movie's screening at the 33rd annual on Deauville American Film Festival on Monday, September 3, 2007.

Big attention was directed toward none other than the flick's lead star Brad Pitt as the hunk arrived with girlfriend Angelina Jolie, who looks gorgeous as usual even in a simple black dress. Earlier on Sunday, September 2, the pair also came together to attend the flick's premiere at the Venice Film Fest where the actor got attacked by a crazed female fan during his red carpet walk there.

Other than the romantic couple, Pitt's co-star Casey Affleck was also spotted to be present for the occasion as well as director Andrew Dominik, who got accompanied by his wife actress Robin Tunney, known to be one of the cast of Fox Network's series "Prison Break."

A production of Warner Bros. Pictures, "James" is a big screen adaptation of Ron Hansen's 1983 novel of the same name which was the author's most popular work and brought him wide critical acclaim. The Western drama initially was intended for a 2006 release, but got postponed and re-edited for a September 21, 2007 release instead.
