Tameka Foster speaks to People on the cancellation of her wedding to R&B star Usher.

AceShowbiz - While Usher is keeping mum on the cancellation of his wedding, fiancee Tameka Foster choses the other way around, telling People a bit about the shocking "incident."

Contrary to heavy media reports, which claimed the wedding was called off because Usher's mother Jonetta Patton was against the wedding and that the groom and bride couldn't come to agreement concerning their wedding details, Tameka claimed those speculation as not true.

"No one knows why we canceled the wedding, but I can tell you that all of the reasons that everyone is speculating and writing about are completely untrue," Tameka told People on Monday July 30th. Refused to reveal more on why she and the R&B star decided to call off their wedding at last minute, Tameka went on telling People, "We had a scare. But, I am fine and the baby is fine."

Usher and Tameka originally planned to wed Saturday afternoon July 28th at record executive L.A. Reid's home in New York's Hamptons. Sad to say, the couple called it off just hours before the ceremony was to take place, issued a statement through his publicist, Patti Webster, saying "It was announced today that the wedding ceremony for Usher Raymond IV and Tameka Foster was canceled. No additional information will be given regarding the circumstances of the cancellation, but we hope the privacy of this matter will be respected."

No confirmation just yet on the future of the couple's relationship.
