Based on Franz Kafka's classic spooky novelette of the same name, the drama horror concerns on a man who finds himself suddenly turning into an insect. Project reportedly will be made under a $9 million budget.

Assigned to helm is Limor Diamant, who is set carry out the duty from his own script with Ram Bergman accompanying Damon on the producer’s chair. Pic will mark the directorial debut of Diamant, known previously as the producer of 2002’s "FeardotCom."
