Annie Lennox has got the collaboration from Madonna, Celine Dion, Joss Stone and many more to chip in their vocals in "Sing".

AceShowbiz - Annie Lennox fills a special charity song with her female musician friends. 23 stars such as Madonna, Sarah McLachan, and Celine Dion have agreed to join her for "Sing", a song taken from Lenox's new album.

"Sing" is a song with numerous stars' vocals. Others who chip in their voices are Stacy Ferguson, Faith Hill, Pink, Dido, Gladys Knight, KD Lang, Angelique Kidjo, Bonnie Raitt, Shakira, Melissa Etheridge, Anastacia, Joss Stone and KT Tunstall.

The song will benefit Treatment Action Campaign (TAC), a movement by The Generics which is Lennox's inspiration to compose the song. Lennox previously worked with Nelson Mandela in 46664 AIDS charity to raise awareness of women living with AIDS/HIV.

"Sing" will appear as a track in Lennox's new CD "Songs of a Mass Destruction" that is due October 2. The album was recorded in Los Angeles, Miami and London with Glenn Ballard helming the project. "I feel closer to my own cutting edge than before and my voice seems to be in its prime", said Lennox of her new record.
