Duo Making Groundbreaking
Movie

Frequent collaborators John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky are teaming up again to pen for Universal Pictures' new film project "Brothers of Invention."

AceShowbiz - Enhancing their bond in movie-scripting, duo John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky have both given commitment to work together on the screenplay of "Brothers of Invention" for Universal Pictures and Strike Entertainment.

Story focuses on a TV psychologist who finds out that his recurring dreams are repressed memories, which leads him to discover a twisted family he never knew about. Onboard to produce are Strike's Eric Newman and Marc Abraham, who last carried out the same task in Alfonso Cuaron's "Children of Men."

Altschuler and Krinsky, also known to be the show-runners on Fox series "King of the Hill", recently scored great success through their writing work in figure-skating comedy hit "Blades of Glory" which so far has pulled over $118 million in domestic market only. The pair reportedly is now rewriting "The Jetsons" at Warner Bros. Pictures for Donald De Line and Denise Di Novi to produce.
