More Revealed on "Cloverfield"

The Hollywood Reporter has come up with few new details on J.J. Abramsí action project "Cloverfield."

The secrecy surrounding J.J. Abramsí newest project "" apparently begins to get unveiled as The Hollywood Reporter has delightfully provided few updates regarding the flick, which has already hired Matt Reeves and Drew Goddard to direct and pen the script, respectively.

Informing the movie will center on a monster attack in New York as told from the point of view of a small group of people, the site reveals that the picís filmmakers have signed mostly relative unknowns in the cast lineup, including , Odet Jasmin, , and Lizzy Kaplan. It is also said that Paramount Pictures actually gave its greenlight on it in February, about the same time Abrams agreed to direct ďĒ for the studio.

More to say, filming has been carried out since mid-June in New York with Bryan Burk accompanying Abrams on the producerís seat and Guy Riedel and Sherryl Clark both executive producing. Burk is known to be Abramsí longtime collaborator, working on such small screen programs such as "Lost", "Six Degrees", and "What About Brian."

In the meantime, mystery covering the plot details continues to move on with the popping up of two websites relating to the project after that of 1-18-08.com .

The first one, EthanHaaswaswrong.blogspot.com, strangely focuses on opposing what a guy named Ethan Hass has said while providing a link to the other site EthanHaasWasRight.com .

Here on the latter, visitors are presented with a graphic image of a partially concealed ball featuring a number of symbols on its outer shell. If the ball is clicked, six symbols will then appear and have to be arranged in order so that a raw video footage bearing a special message can be viewed.
