Organizer Michael Eavis has revealed that U2 and Muse are not among the acts he sees headlining next year's festival.

AceShowbiz - Wrapping up this year's Glastonbury festival, organizer Michael Eavis has begun lining up possible acts for 2008. If previously he wanted Muse for the headlining slot, he has changed his mind within days.
"It's not going to be U2 and to be honest we don't actually need U2. It's not Muse either," he said on the last day of the festival. "(But) I don't want to fall out with them over it." Rumor has it that Irish rockers are among several headlining acts that he has written on his list.
Muse was tapped to play in this year's event but the band turned down the offer and preferred to play at Wembley Stadium.
2007 Glastonbury Festival has just ended on June 24 with rocker legend The Who giving the last treat. Despite the heavy rain and mud forming on the ground, the crowd were pleased with the overall performance.
