IGN has claimed that Peter Berg's action movie "Tonight, He Comes" is re-titled "John Hancock."

AceShowbiz - Opting to use another name for the project, filmmakers of "Tonight, He Comes" have decided to change the flick's title to "John Hancock" instead, IGN has confirmed.

Featuring a starry lineup consisting of Will Smith, Charlize Theron, and Jason Bateman, movie centers on a down-and-out superhero (Smith) with a bad image who gets aid from a corporate public relations consultant (Bateman) whose wife (Theron) turns out to have a "questionable" relationship with the hero.

On duty to direct is "Smokin' Aces" star Peter Berg who is helming based on script penned by Vincent Ngo, Vince Gilligan and Akiva Goldsman. Meanwhile, Smith is also producing via his Overbrook Entertainment shingle alongside Forward Pass' Michael Mann for Columbia Pictures to distribute on July 2, 2008.
