Beyonce Knowles's "B-Day (Deluxe Edition)" is back circulating but missing one track.

AceShowbiz - Following the retraction of B'Day [Deluxe Edition] from the market, Beyonce Knowles' team decided to re-release the album without the problematic track.
Des'ree's claimed hit "Still in Love (Kissing You)" has been removed from the track list and so does its clip from video outlets. The digital download of "B'Day [Deluxe Edition]" has been affected as well following the clearance of the song's copyright.
According to SOHH, a preliminary injunction hearing is scheduled for May 4 and it may require Sony BMG as the label to permanently stop distributing the copies of the album and Wal-Mart edition of B'Day Deluxe Edition/Video Anthology.
