Laurence Fishburne, Wilmer Valderrama, and other nine well-known names have all taken starring parts in Celia Fox's urban gang thriller "Days of Wrath."

AceShowbiz - Flock to construct a seemingly solid cast, Laurence Fishburne, Wilmer Valderrama, Amber Valletta, Kurupt, Slim Thug, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan have all signed on to star together in urban gang thriller "Days of Wrath", which Foxy Films is developing under its banner.

Also lining up names like Lupe Ontiveros, Jesse Garcia, Ana Claudia Talancon, David Banner, and Rick Ross, the project focuses on a wide group of interconnected Los Angelenos who struggle to survive as a war between a Latino and black gang ravages the city.

In the movie, Valderrama reportedly is playing a thug named Daniel who sets off a gang war while Garcia is acting as the leader of a Latino gang which Valderrama's character joins in and Ontiveros his grandmother. Fishburne, in the meantime, is assuming the role of a teacher, mentor and voice of reason to the warring gang members.

As for Morgan, the actor portrays a ruthless TV producer romantically involved with Valletta's character who sends a correspondent and cameraman, played by Talancon and Kurupt, respectively, into the crossfire. Meanwhile, Banner, Ross, and Slim Thug are all playing members of the black gang.

Production has just begun in Los Angeles under the direction of Celia Fox., who is helming from script she wrote alongside Mitchell Kapner and Michael Markee. Meanwhile, the flick's editor Michael D. Schultz is also serving as producer accompanied by Fox and Marie Cantin with Damien Douglas and Horace Madison executive producing.
