Ozzy Osbourne in his better mood, records the ninth studio album which he promised will be far better than the previous.

AceShowbiz - It takes 6 years for Ozzy Osbourne to create his ninth studio album titled "Black Rain". Finally he sets the date of release to May 22 via Epic Records. He self-proclaimed this album will be much better than 2001's "Down to Earth".
Ozzy recorded the album in his LA home studio along with guitarist Zakk Wydle whom he believes will be legendary one day. "People say, 'Why do you keep goin' to Zakk?' 'Cause you know what? There ain't no one else like 'em. He comes up with the stuff, plus the fact he's a family member. If he said to me, 'Ozzy, I need you to do this, will you do (it)?' I wouldn't think twice," he said.
Besides Zakk, he also tapped bassist Blasko and drummer Mike Bordin. Four tracks have been unveiled including the first single "I Don't Wanna Stop" that can be heard on ozzy.com strating from April 13. Other titles are "Not Going Away," "Civilize the Universe," "Trap Door" and "Thank God for the Almighty Dollar".
As previously reported, he will begin his annual Ozzfest on July 12 in Seattle. But before that he owes the performance in Las Vegas on May 12 and in Moscow on May 27.
