Canadian-born superstar Avril Lavigne has reportedly purchased a US$9.5-million mansion in L.A.

AceShowbiz - Famous and owns lots of money, Avril Lavigne does know how to spend her wealth wisely. The Canadian famous pop singer and husband Deryck Whibley of Sum 41 have purchased a US$9.5-million mansion in L.A, it has been reported.
The husband-and-wife of nine months have bought a Tuscan-style home in Bel-Air with three story, eight bedrooms, and 10-1/2 bathrooms. The new mansion, moreover, also has an elevator, sauna and garage space for 10 cars.
The house was previously owned by another famous couple, the Barkers. Travis Barker and wife Shanna Moakler put it on the block in July 2006 after filming their MTV reality show, "Meet the Barkers," there.
In other Lavigne news, her third album "The Best Damn Thing" is due out April 17th, and she's scheduled to be the musical guest on Saturday Night Live next weekend.
