Paramount Pictures' figure-skating farce "Blades of Glory" continues to seat atop the chart despite the coming of several promising new flicks in the competition.

AceShowbiz - Easter holiday this year appears to not only mark the joy of Christian people in celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ, but also witness the triumph of "Blades of Glory" in holding its No. 1 position for the second time on the weekend domestic box office for April 6-8.
Still proves strong in the competition, the figure-skating farce delightfully pulls a cool $22.5 million and so, once again forces Disney's family-friendly fare "Meet the Robinsons" to remain on its second-place seat as the CG-animated flick only makes its way to collect $16.7 million this time.
Trailing behind to make up the big five of the chart are three new releases of "Are We Done Yet?", "Grindhouse", and "The Reaping" which score $14.2 million, $11.5 million, and $10 million, respectively, followed by epic tale "300" on the sixth spot with $8.3 million.
Disney's road movie "Wild Hogs" comes next on number seven after managing to add another $6.6 million in its pocket to raise a total tally of $145.2 million in its six-week run. Filling the rest positions to round out the top ten movies of the list are sniper thriller "Shooter", Warner Bros.' latest CG-toon "TMNT", and another newcomer "Firehouse Dog" with respective income of $5.8 million, $4.8 million, and $3.8 million.
