"Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" was picked as the Favorite Movie with Adam Sandler and Dakota Fanning getting crowned as favorite movie stars.

AceShowbiz - Back for the twentieth time this year, the Hollywood's messiest, most raucous award celebration Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards announced on March 31, 2007 the list of honorees for the film category based on personal picks of the TV network's viewers.

Deemed the Favorite Movie is "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" with dancing penguin romp "Happy Feet" being named the Favorite Animated Movie, the latter beating out tough contenders that included "Cars" and "Open Season."

As for celebrity names, Queen Latifah was chosen the Favorite Voice from an Animated Movie for "Ice Age: The Meltdown" while Adam Sandler and Dakota Fanning came out as the Favorite Male and Female Movie Star, respectively.

"I can't believe this, oh my goodness," so Fanning exclaimed while giggling her way through her acceptance speech. "I want to thank all of you out there, and at home, who voted for me. "I consider all of you my friends!"

Meanwhile, Sandler deliberately put on his "Happy Gilmore" voice in his speech mocking awards speeches, thanking the inventor of the potato chip bag and the pillow, and everyone in the audience "for not making fun of me for talking like this every speech I do."
