Britney Spears made her first post-rehab public appearance this weekend, stepping out to take a dance class and have dinner with her girlfriends.

AceShowbiz - A fresh out of rehab Britney Spears made her first public appearance Friday night March 23rd, stepping out to take a dance class and have sushi dinner with some of her girlfriends.
Spears left home that night to take a two-hour hip-hop class at the Millennium Dance Complex in North Hollywood. The troubled pop singer arrived with her assistant as well as two bodyguards to take a 7 p.m. advanced-level hip-hop class with instructor Darrien Henning.
Her attendance, says Herring, was shocking. "The minute she walked in, she basically lit up the room," Henning revealed. "I had no idea she was coming, so I was shocked."
Spears next headed to Bel Air fusion Japanese eatery SHU Sushi House Unico to meet up with three girlfriends around 10 p.m. The pop star smiled at waiting photographers and gave a friendly wave before heading home alone at about 11:30 p.m.
In other Spears news, the singer made a visit to a dentist Sunday evening March 25th, sparked a media frenzy when it was reported that she was headed for the emergency room, such report denied by a source close to Spears.
