Walt Disney Feature Animation exec John Lasseter has opened up in an appearance during Disney's annual shareholder meeting in New Orleans that "Toy Story 3" has been plotted to come to the surface in 2010 while confirming that it is indeed in production with Tom Hanks and Tim Allen returning to voice Woody and Buzz Lightyear, respectively.

The tenth computer-animated feature produced by Pixar Animation Studios, pic is the latest of the mega-hit franchise which has collected over $430 million in domestic market only from two previous installments. While plot details of the movie have not yet been revealed, Lasseter claimed that the filmmakers indeed have "got a great story."

Meanwhile, for "Frog Princess", Lasseter, along with The Walt Disney Studios chairman Dick Cook, revealed during the same occasion that the picture would come one year before "Toy Story 3" instead. Based on an original story written by duo John Musker and Ron Clements, it is a musical set in the legendary birthplace of jazz, New Orleans, and presents the story about Maddy, a young African-American girl living amid the charming elegance and grandeur of the fabled French Quarter.

"Like many of Disney's most popular fairy tales, it has elements of magic, fantasy, adventure, heart, humor, and music," so Cook said as he described the film's story. "The film's New Orleans setting and strong princess character give the film lots of excitement and texture."

UPDATE 05/12/2007: Movie title changed from "The Frog Princess" to "The Princess and the Frog".
