Ben Stiller accepted his Hasty Pudding award at Harvard University Friday night, February 23, 2007.

AceShowbiz - There he was at Harvard University on Friday night Feb 23rd to accept his Pudding award. Ben Stiller, honored as the Hasty Pudding Man of the Year, took part in a parade through Cambridge and a celebrity roast.

"Thank you very much," Stiller said, accepting the award. "I feel everything tonight was a great, great honor - hit the nail on the head many times and I'm glad I got to show some of my range tonight. I'm glad there was a lot of press here who will hopefully take note of that. See you at the Oscars next year?"

The Hasty Pudding Man of the Year award is bestowed annually by the Hasty Pudding Theatricals society at Harvard University. It has been awarded by the society members since 1967 to performers who they deem to have made a "lasting and impressive contribution to the world of entertainment."

Stiller, a writer, producer and director, is best known for his starring roles in "Night at the Museum," "Meet the Parents," "There's Something About Mary," and several other films.
