AceShowbiz - It is reported Monday Nov 27th that Elton John left the stage briefly during his concert in Brisbane Sunday Nov 26th after being struck by a bout of nausea.
The singer and pianist left the stage without a word about two hours into his first concert of an Australian tour in Brisbane, and was gone for about five minutes, Australian Associated Press reported.
When returned, the pop singer used an Australian colloquialism to explain that he had left the stage to vomit, saying "I thought I'd better chunder in the toilet (rather) than all over the front row."
Apparently feeling better, John closed the show about 45 minutes later.
